There are two types of driver cpc training as below:
1 ) Existing drivers – If you had a Cat C1 ( 7.5 ton ) licence through taking a test
or
Got it through grandfather / acquired rights on your driving licence before 1st Jan 1997 then the 35 hours cpc course is for you
2 ) if you only had a car licence Cat B on you licence on 09/09/2009.
Then you will need to take the module 2 case studies test and then the module 4 practical demonstration test at DVSA test centres for your first lot of cpc training.

Once you have successfully passed that as you first one then you will need to take the 35 hrs periodic training as above every 5 years after that
